Terms and Conditions

Reservation deposit: ½ deposit of the charter fees is required to secure the yacht and reservation date.

Final Payment: Final payment of charter fees, security deposit, and applicable sales taxes is due 60 days in advance of the charter start date. The Yacht Charter Contract shall be executed at this time.

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing within 120 days of the charter will result in the forfeiture of ½ of the reservation deposit. Cancellations received within 40 days of the charter date will result in forfeiture of the whole reservation deposit. The whole reservation deposit, minus a $350 service charge, will be returned if Voyages Northwest is able to re-charter the vessel for the dates.

Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit equal to the deductible on the yacht’s insurance policy shall be paid upon final execution of the yacht Charter Contract.
